Our mission is to build a partnership between our youth, the police, and the community through recreational, athletic and educational programs designed to encourage our youth to develop good citizenship and leadership, reduce the incidence of juvenile delinquency, and improve the quality of life as our young people grow up to become successful and contributing members of the community.
